    The life cycle of an asset can be 30 years or more. To maximize uptime and deliver significant value, assets in the natural gas sector require constant maintenance – preventive and restorative. Systems and parts may need to be upgraded or retrofitted. In the shop or in the field, Enerflex has trained expert technicians to solve service problems for customers worldwide, with long-term maintenance contracts and extensive local parts inventory for peace of mind.

Marc E. Rossiter
President and Chief Executive Officer

Marc is responsible for the Company’s value creation and global growth strategy across Enerflex’s regions and through its three operating segments: Engineered Systems, After-Market Service, and Energy Infrastructure. Together with the Executive Management Team, he concentrates on sustainable growth opportunities while executing the Company’s vision of Transforming Energy for a Sustainable Future.

With more than 25 years of experience at Enerflex in a progression of leadership roles, Marc, a Professional Engineer in the province of Alberta, brings an entrepreneurial mindset with a depth of leadership that is essential to the Company’s success. Until his appointment to President and Chief Executive Officer in May 2019, Marc was Enerflex’s Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, where he was critical in driving revenue growth, while safely delivering reliable solutions. Marc joined the Company in Calgary as a Project Engineer and moved to the United States in 2003. Before his appointment as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer in April 2018, Marc was President of the USA region and worked in a variety of engineering and sales management roles. Marc graduated from the Royal Military College of Canada with a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical and Materials Engineering and served the country as an officer in the Canadian Army.

Preet Dhindsa
Interim Chief Financial Officer

As Interim Chief Financial Officer, Preet has assumed responsibility for Enerflex’s financial reporting, treasury, tax, internal audit, SOX compliance, corporate development, and capital markets activities, in addition to supporting the Company’s strategic and capital allocation decisions.

Preet is a seasoned financial leader with more than 25 years of experience, primarily in the energy and financial services industries. Prior to joining Enerflex, Preet served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at ENMAX Corporation, a regulated utility with energy generation and retail lines of business. He previously served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Administrative Officer at AMP Energy, a solar energy developer with a global footprint. Prior thereto, Preet was Chief Financial Officer, Global Banking & Markets at Scotiabank.

Preet began his career as an accountant with KPMG and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Statistics from Western University and a Graduate Diploma in Accounting from Wilfrid Laurier University. Preet is a Chartered Professional Accountant and Chartered Director.

Patricia Martinez
Chief Energy Transition Officer

Patricia, Enerflex’s Chief Energy Transition Officer is an instrumental member of the Company’s leadership team. In this role, Patricia is accountable for the Company’s global strategy in the Energy Transition space, focused on delivering low-carbon energy solutions and positioning Enerflex for long-term success. Her innovative mindset and ability to challenge traditional markets is key to her function at Enerflex.

Prior to this appointment, Patricia was President, Latin America where she was responsible for driving the growth of the Latin American region since joining Enerflex in 2014. In 2021, Patricia was appointed Chief Energy Transition Officer and lead both functional roles until early 2022. Prior to joining Enerflex, Patricia was the Senior Vice President of International Contract Services for Axip Energy Services, LP, where she oversaw the management and growth of Axip’s international business, which included operations in Latin America, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East. Prior to gaining that role, Patricia was Vice President of Latin America and Director of International Ventures for Valerus Compression Services, Axip’s predecessor company. Before joining Valerus in 2007, she held several positions in sales and marketing with Shell U.S. and Conoco Argentina.

Currently, she is an independent Director and Board Member of PAR Pacific Holdings (NYSE: PARR), and until the recent merger with Galaxy, served on the Board of Orocobre Limited, a global lithium carbonate producer and established producer of boron. Patricia holds an MBA from Houston Baptist University and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Universidad Argentina de la Empresa in Buenos Aires.

David H. Izett
Senior Vice President, General Counsel

David, a senior lawyer with over 19 years of North American and International experience in public oil and gas, manufacturing, and mining sectors, is responsible for leading Enerflex’s global legal and governance affairs and contributes to Enterprise Risk Management. David also has executive oversight of Enerflex’s global health, safety and environment group. As an integral member of the Executive Management Team, David’s extensive experience in complex project development, contract management, joint ventures, and international operations serves Enerflex well as we strengthen our energy infrastructure focus and diversify our business model.

David joined Enerflex from Nutrien, the world’s largest provider of crop inputs, services, and solutions where he served for seven years, most recently as Assistant General Counsel, Nitrogen and International, and previously as Chief Legal Counsel for the Wholesale business unit of Agrium, one of Nutrien’s predecessor entities. Prior to his leadership roles at Nutrien, David acted as legal counsel and held various leadership roles within Occidental Petroleum supporting several oil and gas business units across the Middle East. David holds his J.D. in Law from Dalhousie University, and his Bachelor of Arts in Religious Studies from the University of Calgary.

Robert Mitchell
Senior Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer

Robert, Enerflex’s Senior Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer is accountable for Enterprise Performance Management. In this role, Robert leads our M&A integration, company-wide strategy, asset management platform, Human Resources, Information Technology, risk management, and Project Management Office functions. He plays a pivotal role in aligning Enerflex’s business objectives with our strategy to create long-term shareholder value. Robert’s pragmatic and forward-thinking leadership is key to his function at Enerflex.

Prior to this appointment, Robert was Vice President and Chief Integration Officer, responsible for leading the integration of the Company’s recent acquisition of Exterran Corporation. Robert has also held several leadership roles within the organization, managing regional legal, human resources, information technology, and health and safety functions. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from the University of Texas at Austin, a Juris Doctorate from the University of Houston Law Center, and an MBA from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Greg Stewart
President, United States of America

Greg leads the strategic direction and operations in the USA and is responsible for business development. He is a key member of Enerflex’s EMT tasked with growing the Company to meet the demands of the global oil and natural gas industries from both a products and services perspective.

He holds an MBA with a specialization in Information Systems, BA (French), along with HRCCC and C.Dir. designations from McMaster University. In addition, Greg holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Brock University and a Diplôme d’Etudes Françaises from Université de Franche-Comté. Mr. Stewart also holds a Chartered Director accreditation from McMaster University.

Prior to his appointment as President, USA, Greg was Executive Vice President, Corporate Services and Chief Information Officer. He designed and implemented company-wide shared services strategies to support regional growth. Greg was Vice President Business Services with Superior Propane and held senior positions over 14 years in Information Services at Canadian Pacific Railway.

Philip Pyle
President, Eastern Hemisphere

Phil leads Enerflex’s operations in Europe, the Middle East and Africa, as well as Asia Pacific.. On the EMT, Phil brings a truly global perspective on the energy industry.

Phil holds an MBA from the University of New England in Australia, and a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from the University of Western Australia.

Phil has held senior positions with Fluor, most recently as Regional Director for the Middle East and Asia. He was responsible for joint venture companies in Mongolia, Russia, Kazakhstan, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and Indonesia. Phil gained 35 years of international operations and leadership experience with Fluor, BHP Billiton, and the Water Corporation of Western Australia.

Mauricio Meineri
President, Latin America

Mauricio, President, Latin America is responsible for driving the growth of the Company’s Latin American business, while preserving the Enerflex culture of delivering strong operational performance and discipline, and outstanding HSE. He is a valued member of the Company’s Executive Management Team and charged with ensuring alignment of Enerflex’s core business offerings across the natural gas value chain – including expanding Energy Infrastructure, increasing market share for Engineered Systems, executing Integrated Turnkey Projects, and providing first-class After-Market Services.

Mauricio, a Chemical Engineer graduate from Universidad Nacional del Comahue, is a strategic leader with more than 25 years of expertise in the natural gas industry across Latin America, including working for key producers such as YPF and Petrobras. His roots are deep in gas processing and compression, as well as in engineering, project management, and business development.

Since joining Enerflex, Mauricio has been successful in the award and execution of multiple BOOM and ITK projects, while gaining invaluable insight into supporting customers with an offering from a centralized core of excellence. Prior to his appointment to President, Latin America, Mauricio was the region’s Vice President of Operations.

Helmuth Witulski
President, Canada

Helmuth, President, Canada is responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership across the Canadian region with a focus on delivering and servicing natural gas processing, compression, and electric power solutions. He is a valued member of the Company’s Executive Management Team and charged with ensuring alignment of Enerflex’s core business offerings across the natural gas value chain.

Helmuth is a proven leader, with over 25 years of experience, whose roots are in gas compression, processing, and refrigeration. Prior to his appointment as Canadian President, Helmuth was Enerflex’s Regional Director covering Australia, Southeast Asia, and New Zealand (APAC). Under his strategic direction, Enerflex remained the dominant player in the APAC market – an experience that afforded him the opportunity to develop a deep understanding of our business processes, products and services, and unique customer value drivers. Prior to joining Enerflex in 2011, Helmuth held several leadership positions with York International and Johnson Controls in South Africa and Australia, as well as worked with Grenco (GEA) South Africa. He holds an MBA and a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from the University of Queensland, as well as a Diploma in Industrial Compression from OTTC in South Africa.

Roger George
President, Water Solutions

Roger George recently joined the Enerflex Executive Management Team as President, Water Solutions. Roger’s diverse experience spans over 20 years and multiple industries including oil and gas, power generation, and automotive. Roger provides invaluable insights and leadership to Enerflex, driving strategic growth to align with industry and customer needs. We are excited to have Roger’s leadership and results-driven approach lead to new product innovations and position Enerflex as a global leader in produced water treatment and recycling for the upstream energy industry.
