C-Series 3606

Exterran C-Series 3606 Gas Compression Packages are pre-engineered and assembled with high-quality components and a wide range of options – allowing for exceptional configuration flexibility and high performance along with rapid delivery and startup. Packages are available with a 1875 horsepower Caterpillar 3606 A4 lean burn engine, ASME-code stamped pressure vessels and an Ariel KBK4 compressor. These units are packaged on a heavy-duty steel skid suitable for mounting on a compacted gravel pad, piles or an engineered concrete foundation, and are available with an extensive list of pre-engineered options such as upsized coolers, PLC panels and vent headers.

Standard safety features include automatic shutdown controls and checker-plated, skid-resistant work surfaces. Safety is enhanced because all local instrument vents are collected, manifolded and routed to connections at the skid edge. Our design facilitates air emissions compliance with catalyst housings and exhaust sampling ports. Selectable safety options include exhaust insulation, caged ladders and OSHA-compliant work platforms.
