Exterran maintains a large inventory of stock separators from 12” to 60” diameter, both vertical and horizontal, 2 and 3 phase, 125 psig and 1440 psig MAWP. Our stock indirect heater inventory includes completed heaters with fire tube ratings from 250 MBTU to 1.5 MMBTU.  A variety of process coils are available from inventory or for short delivery.  Both onshore and offshore specification separators and heaters are maintained in our extensive inventory. 

In addition, we manufacture a range of Production Units incorporating a Line Heater and Separator in a single skid-mounted package.  Production Units are available in both warm and cold weather (enclosed) designs.  This inventory provides you with the shortest possible delivery of the most commonly used wellhead production equipment.

If your conditions require a custom unit, Exterran has the design, engineering, quality programs and fabrication expertise to satisfy practically any requirement.  We have supplied custom separation and heating equipment for onshore environments ranging from tropical rain forest, to desert, to frozen arctic conditions, and offshore environments ranging from inland waters with fixed platforms to North Sea FPSO’s.
