Two & Three Phase Separator

From well to well, your gas-liquid separation parameters may vary. But one thing remains constant – Exterran has the right equipment to fit your diverse needs. We offer top-quality two and three-phase separators in horizontal and vertical designs that can be configured for both low and high-pressure applications. Our highly durable separators are pre-engineered, in-stock and ready for deployment, so you can get production up and running faster.

Key Benefits

Value

  • Latest ASME design and construction standards help ensure higher performance and improved safety
  • In-stock inventory and quick delivery allow fast startup

Confidence

  • Added assurance of a warranty that runs 12 months from startup or 18 months from delivery, whichever comes first
  • Prompt, professional service, support and spare parts from local technicians in or near every major oil & gas producing region in the U.S. and numerous areas around the world

How it Works

The production stream first encounters the inlet deflector, which causes initial separation of gas from liquid. The heavier liquid descends while the gas rises. In the second stage the stream slows even further and the larger liquid particles fall from the gas. Next the mist extractor captures smaller liquid particles entrained in the gas. Liquids exit the bottom of the vessel and the natural gas exits the top.
